Pay for flights, not film.

Harry, the founder of Candido Collective wanted to capture moments with friends more authentically than just pulling out his iPhone. He was inspired by his travels in Portual where he found many analogue cameras that reminded him of his mom in the 90s. He wanted to create a trendy product that would allow people to spend more on flights than film. Candido was born for the travels, for the long weekenders, for those who make room in their bags for their camera. Harry and Candido Collective know that when shooting with film, you are forced to slow down, look at your surroundings and savor every moment.

Our team wanted to see what the hype was with the new budget color film on the market. Candido’s team sent us some rolls to test out. We found that in both the 200 and 800 speed film, there were some natural halation (which we love). They are both natural cool toned film but keep skin tones natural. In the 800 speed, the colors are vibrant and punchy. Overall, the team loves the budget film. Its great for causal shooting!
